Summa Cume Laude in 2016, she obtained a degree in business administration, concentrating in financial accounting.  Upon graduating, her career path took her from management into the world of tax, where she studied and earned her Enrolled Agent designation.   While working for a family owned tax firm she was still drawn to the business world.  Concentrating primarily on business clients, Nicole realized that there was a need amongst Maine's business community that included more than preparing tax returns.   It is her belief that taxes are a bi-product of what we do in our business throughout the year.  Almost 100% predictable, tax planning starts January 1st each year.   In fact it neither begins nor ends, but is rather a means of reporting what we have done from year to year.   With a no-nonsense approach, Nicole works with her clients to help them focus on and maintain the foundational structures of their business, while helping them eliminate the surprises that often arise during tax filing.  Foundational Business Solutions Inc. is committed to providing quality services to businesses in all stages of their life cycle; from dreaming about becoming a business owner to sales and acquisitions.
